Song ID (Funky House)

You know how every now and then you hear a song and are like, "That's a cool new song!" and your buddy is like, "Dude, that's been out for like 8 years!" After the slight embarrassment, you wonder how you could have missed it.

Anyhow, my wife was watching a Crossing Jordan rerun the other night and there was a club scene. I'm trying to figure out the name of the track that's playing. The show's website doesn't list the name of the song, and I've tried various search strings with what little vocals I heard in the track, but still can't find. So the forums are my last resort.

Sorry about the sound quality and all the talking. I cut it from a ripped episode. The episode originally aired April of 2003, so it can't be any newer than that.
